Graduate of West Catholic High School and the Philadelphia Community College Dental Hygiene program. She has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years. She grew up in Southwest Philadelphia and now resides in Glenolden with her husband and daughters. She likes to go camping and fishing with her family and going to her children’s sporting events keeps her busy.

Known as the “Insurance Queen.” Ruth has been working in the dental field for more than 30 years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
